A little odd that it wasn't even working if I disabled Windows firewall, but not totally surprising since Windows tries to act smarter than us. Obviously being set to Block All would interfere with any rules that were set up. Even though they are old (very old) compared to AMD's official ones, they might do the trick here.

It might be worth testing also the Windows' own drivers for Radeon. This obviously only works if you have another display to work with. Unfortunately, I managed to get my nas unreachable. So i discovered that networks were different,Server IP was while my network is .X.

I have no idea when or how that got changed off the default, but that was the root of the problem. Uninstall your AMD Radeon display drivers completely, boot your PC and install the drivers back again. If you cannot connect with AMD LINK to your PC Guys i had same problem,installed AMD LINK from play store but i couldn't connect with my PC,so at last somebody answered my question what was wrong. (Which makes perfect sense because that means it blocks except for the allowed list). For TV support, Apple TV 4K running tvOS 15.x and greater, or Android TV 7.0 and greater are required. Game streaming on phone or tablet devices require Android 7.0 and greater or iOS 14 and greater, anywhere there is a high speed internet connection. It turns out I had to go into Windows firewall and change Inbound Connections to Block (Default) instead of Block All Connections. AMD Link requires AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 23.7.1. You'll be shown a QR code which will allow you to pair your phone. Then, you need to install an accompanying app from Google Play Store or App Store. I was pretty sure everything had been enabled for the firewall since it was making some connection, but it was like additional ports were being opened and not always accessible. To use AMD Link, you need to enable the AMD Link Server option under AMD Radeon Settings > AMD Link.

Published on Ap6 comments AMD's free mobile-based streaming platform, AMD Link, is now available on PC as part of the latest update to their Radeon Adrenalin software (version 21.4.1). At first, the AMD Link was working on my iPad but only partially on my iPhone or Androids. There are a few old threads with similar reports but they lack a clear solution. I just wanted to share this because I did a lot of digging and couldn't find this solution anywhere.
